PRO-ACTIVE COMMUNICATION
PRO-ACT communication is when we take control of our lives and our impact on our surroundings using proven techniques.
The techniques are divided into six areas of self-control techniques (the PROPER model) and six areas of techniques for influencing others (the ACTION model). Thus, we have all the tools needed to create an exceptional quality of life.
I have been attending the Pro-Act Academy since 2019. It is run by dr. sc. Andrej Kovačič.
MEDIATION
I am a certified mediator, having completed my mediation certification through the Croatian Association for Mediation (HUM). While I am not yet actively practicing mediation, I am committed to continuous development in this field, regularly engaging in advanced training and skill-building in mediation and communication techniques.
ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE
The Alexander Technique is a way of learning to move mindfully through life. The Alexander process shines a light on inefficient habits of movement and patterns of accumulated tension, which interfere with our innate ability to move easily and according to how we are designed.
I still attend teacher training courses led by Richard Brennan.
BEWEGUNG EVOLUTION
During my extremely active life, I have tried various methods to alleviate back pain. I was lucky enough to meet many new people, and I tried different methods to improve my physical health. One of the people who left a particular impression on me was Martina Kunstwald. I am especially grateful to her for the innovative methods of BE body movement that she taught me, and that I continue to practice to this day.

Welcome to the weird and wonderful world of cryptocurrencies!
Since 2018, I have been diving into the world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. After four years, I still feel great enthusiasm for the world of cryptocurrencies, mostly for web3, DeFi, DAO, and cloud storage. I continue to educate and inform myself so that I can keep up with all the innovations happening in a decentralized world.
BUTEYKO BRETHING
I did my first breathing exercises when I was 18 years old. Over the years, I have tried almost everything that was offered on the market. The Buteyko Method stands out among all breathing exercises because it is specifically designed to reduce breathing. I was guided through the highly demanding exercises and breathing course by Hrvoje Filipčić. You can find more information on his page.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
In 2015 and 2017 I won the President’s Award as the best performing and profitable European Business Unite. In
2016, I achieved 4th place and in 2019, the 3rd. From 2012 onwards, I have always created double-digit
growth YoY, between 10% to 25%, with a positive bottom line. .
- Responsible for the organization in terms of commerce, sales development, marketing, operational
structure and financial results (P&L). - Defining and implementing annual budget plans and providing regular reports to headquarters on KPI’s.
- Expanding a successful commercial development strategy for current accounts and creating new leads in
B2C and B2B channels through tier 1 (distribution), tier 2 (partners) and tier 3 (end users) customers. - Managing a team of 7 direct and 5 indirect members.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
Exponential growth in sales – 1st Year 180%, Second Year 225% and 80% YoY in the first half of the third year.
100% sales oriented in B2B and B2C channels, my main role was to re-establish existing partners and to create new
ones. Most of my time (+60%) I was spent on the road, travelling through Europe, from Turkey to Poland.

DieTronic is a company specialized in metal sheet lubrication and protection of tubes and profiles, well-known in Italy and worldwide

ACHIEVEMENTS:
My most significant success was coming to Italy and being part of this start-up. It is very difficult to describe in words all the achievements I am proud of, as there are so many of them.
Within a very short period of time, I managed to learn all the technical aspects of a completely new branch of industry, unknown to me. I was one of the initial founders. After a short time, I began designing machines using CAD. I started to travel, focusing mostly on Central and Eastern Europe, taking care of sales, exploring new opportunities, and at the same time overseeing product installations. Today, Dietronic provides high-end devices in the automotive and pipe production industries.
